Listing Agreement & Marketing
Once a price has been determined, a listing agreement is set with you to handle the advertisement and sale of your home.

After that, take a step back, relax, and let us handle everything! This includes advertising, hosting open houses, corresponding with other realtors, and keeping you informed through every milestone!
Buyer Selection & Sale
At this phase, we will leverage our strong negotiation skills to make the best deal possible, so you and the buyers are happy. ​

When it comes time to close, we will be right by your side! We will diligently engage with the buyer's agent, lending institutions, and make sure all steps in the process are completed!
